Pawsitive Painting

I used to work at a veterinary hospital were one of the hardest thing was seeing the families come in and have to let their animals go.  One awkward question would be how they wanted to pay and what type of memory gift they wanted. Most families would have a clay paw print done for their loved one. It was hard seeing the emotions they would go through trying to choose options.  I thought of painting these paw flowers as a way to remember their pet at a good time in life, they can be done prior to this event.  My dog is now 5 but having to make those choices when that time comes will be hard. I started to make art from his paws so that I wont have to later on and also get some fun out of it with your dog/cat!

Materials Used:

Safe paint for animals
Small canvas
Paint brushes
Wax paper
